Information and Returns

You are invited to email or call with any questions or requests for further information. If you are not happy with your purchase please notify us within 3 days after receiving it. A full refund will be given for the purchase price after we receive the piece in the same condition as it was shipped. Any damages to the piece will negate the refund. You must pay for the insurance, shipping and handling costs for the original delivery and the return shipment.

Payment Information

Money Order, Certified/Cashiers or Personal Checks accepted and made out to Wayne James. Personal checks held until cleared. Please allow a 7-day period from receipt of personal check to shipping of item. 


Shipping Information

Shipping, Handling and Insurance are additional and will be added to the purchase price. The customer will be notified prior to finalizing payment. All items are packed to comply with carrier requirements. Insurance is mandatory. Any claims against loss or damages while in transit or storage are the responsibility of carrier, customer and insurance provider. We will happily assist with supportive documentation originating from our offices to assist in your claim.
